A new research center for sexual and gender minority health

Columbia University School of Nursing launched a new Center for Sexual and Gender Minority Health Research (CSGMHR) in time for Pride Month 2021. The CHLEW Couples study’s own Dr. Tonda Hughes is the executive director of the Center. Guided by the broader goals of social justice and health equity, the Center aims to promote research on how to improve sexual and gender minority (SGM) people’s health and well-being.
